I chose the hotel because it is one half way between Tacoma and Seattle, and I have friends and relatives in both. A car rental is necessary for this location.

When I entered I was welcomed in, I started to explain that I was there early to set up for a surprise birthday stay for my boyfriend and not only received a FREE UPGRADE but they also waved my deposit for the room as well were only going to be there for one night. Truly made the small get away gift and turned it into a spa get away with the jacuzzi in the room!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facility was just fine considering it was a home away from home, not expected to be on par with home. All in all, good enough...
